During my first month at the park numerous electrical issues. Power surges which damaged 2 power converters, washing machine, dish box, surge protector. Park didn't do anything to check out the electrical problem coming from their electrical power box. Very disappointed on service, when it cost $800.00 per month to stay in this park.
The location is in an industrial park. Our site backed up to the 595 Florida Truck Stop, which had tractor-trailers running and moving at all hours. At times, the ground vibrated from their engines. The park location is directly on the flight path and only a couple miles from the Ft. Lauderdale airport where jets take of every 1 1/2 minutes. Earplugs are required to get any sleep. We were located adjacent to their restroom building #4 which was out of service and had rotting lumber and damaged building materials scattered around it. While there are many seasonal occupants, we found this to be the least desirable locations of our trip through Florida.
