There is actually a Lofers Bend East and West campgrounds. We stayed in the West campground. It is an Army COE property and it was well maintained. There are a few pull through sites with 50Amp services, but the primary campground is back in with 30Amp. There are tent sites and others with screened in Cabins. Almost all of the sites have paved roads, but most tent sites are gravel. There is one road that is gravel for back in 30amps. We stayed in W03 which was on a gravel loop road near the... Read More
There is actually a Lofers Bend East and West campgrounds. We stayed in the West campground. It is an Army COE property and it was well maintained. There are a few pull through sites with 50Amp services, but the primary campground is back in with 30Amp. There are tent sites and others with screened in Cabins. Almost all of the sites have paved roads, but most tent sites are gravel. There is one road that is gravel for back in 30amps. We stayed in W03 which was on a gravel loop road near the entrance. This loop road is unusable for a 5th wheel do the changing terrain and very low large branches. We had no difficulties getting in, but had to back down the road to exit. So be careful if you choose those sites. There is a playground for the kids, and a dump site and several bathrooms with showers.
The campground is located on the lake with boat ramp.
