I would only use this campground again if I wanted to stay close to Minneapolis or visit family or friends who live nearby. There isn't much to do here, and it is situated right next to very busy road. Unfortunately our location was right next to this road, so you get to listen to cars, motorcycles and large trucks whiz by all day and night. This location was once probably out in the country, but now there is all sorts of residential construction underway, including a huge development right across the street. We brought our bikes with us to ride, but we were unwilling to risk riding on the main road based on the high speed of the cars and trucks, and because it was very busy. The staff were very nice! The bathrooms were clean, although everything was a bit dated, including the pool area.

Nice KOA with friendly staff. Nice sites but limited wifi sites. Facility mix of rvs, campers and tents. Some with lots of shade and some not so much. Bathrooms clean and nice. Located close to Minneapolis but not too close.

We stayed overnight on the way out west. It was quick to get to, friendly folks and nice long level sites with electricity. The park looked pretty nice and you had a little elbow room in the shaded sites.

if you are looking for a great camp ground try the KOA in maple grove. the pool is always clean , camp grounds are clean and even for tens and trailers. minature golf and horseshoes. basket ball. the staff is just wonderful. i went one night about 10 mns after the office closed for fire wood and they went back in to get me some. they said no camper should go with a fire. if there are problem campers they take care of them immediately. bathrooms are clean . i have spent many of weekends there... Being close to 94 is a plus. Ok campground. No cable, no dog park.
