A 6.5 rating by Goodsam, really? Only choice in Greeley. Stayed 2 months to visit family and friends, only reason for stay. No issues with staff, as I had no interaction except for checking in. Did not use laundry or bathrooms, so can't comment. For the park itself, the place is a dump. Dirty, pot holes, close quarters between RV's, picnic table located on top of your neighbors sewer, and dry grass and weeds between sites. Watering the weeds and dry grass is a waste of time, as the water runs into your dirt site, creating a mud site making it difficult to get into your vehicle. Your water hose and dump hose are constantly muddy. This was the first time we stayed for an extended period of time. The area where they put you for a night or two, is tolerable. Cannot recommend this park for extended stay.

My biggest issue is the laundry facilities. I have several pictures of washing machines that are broken and out of order or only certain aspects of the washing machine works such as where you add detergent. The bleach and laundry softener compartments do not work. The dryers are very old and outdated the laundry room is often not very clean and the washers are full of pet hair. I myself have pets but do not believe that that is a reason for the laundry room to be this filthy. The rules are very strict however there is one person in the campground that is allowed to not follow the rules and has a car loaded down with iron and other assorted junk. When we first arrived the first evening before we had our camper fully hooked up we went over to use the shower rooms. It was like showering in a third world country. One of the showers did not work and the other one the water pressure was a little to none. The bathrooms were disgusting and could use a good updating and cleaning. I would not stay here unless I absolutely had to! My husband is here for work and so unfortunately we have to stay for several months at a time. All I would ask is that the people that own this campground consider if they would wash and launder their clothes in the same facilities. The management is not friendly at all and there is only one person that works in the office that is sweet and kind. We have stayed at other campgrounds and this is by far the worst and most uninviting!

This is a trailer park with a few RV spaces. You can tell the "long term" residents here by the large propane tanks adjacent to the trailers. I had problems getting to my campsite due to the trucks and cars parked in the streets belonging to the "long term campers" as well as the large potholes. The noise of the traffic on busy Hwy 34 diminished at night and the trains sounded far away. The spaces, although close together were fairly easy to access but don't expect to park your tow vehicle on the site unless you have a fairly short trailer. The water pressure was good and the sewer and water well located and I had a small patio on my site. There are good restaurants and grocers within a couple of miles and fairly easy access to local highways. I don't know if I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Every RV park from Wellington to Colorado Springs is completely full, except this one which has plenty of availability. Now I know why. The good: Management made efforts to accommodate me with a site I requested (that has shade). Store appears well stocked with the basics plus some. Monthly rate is reasonable. The bad: Nearby train horns blast throughout the night, and continuous highway 34 noise. Management makes little effort to be friendly. Terrible water pressure but management claims it's at a maximum of 60psi. (I have to fill my fresh water tank just to get a decent shower.) Dog park isn't well cleaned up even after mentioning it to the manager. The manager's son literally "threw" my propane tank over the side of his truck and into the back with no apologies. I mentioned the property damage to the manager, and now they refuse to fill my tank. ???
