This is a very professional operation. The lady who helped us over the phone and in person is very efficient and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The park itself is beautiful, with wide spaces, great internet, great water pressure, and cable (even if you don't hook up the cable, you can get multiple channels over the air with an antenna).

Staff was incompetent. We got locked out at night because she didn't provide gate or gate code Information at check-in. Then, she shrugged it off without even an apology when we told her the next day. Park has lots of permanent residents with messy surroundings at their sites which makes it less appealing to visitors. Park looks nothing even remotely close to website scenes.

This is probably the best park we have stayed in. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. Restrooms and laundry are clean with plans to upgrade restrooms this winter. Campsites are level and large, with fire pits. Almost all sites are in the trees and have green grass. We stayed here while waiting for our house to close.

A beautiful campground in a beautiful part of the country. Easy to find, easy to navigate. Great Wi-Fi, great cable. Fantastic people to deal with from the reservation, (via phone call), to the check in, and all during the stay. Highly recommended.
