The campground is very easy to get to. Two things to watch for. #1 When you exit the interstate do not stay in the outside lane as it turns into a right turn lane. #2 You will see a sign that says campground ahead arrow near a gas station and you will want to turn right there, but DO NOT. That's an advertisement for another campground down the road. Stay the course and the entrance will be right after that on your right. Nice gentleman that met us and escorted us to our site. Set up nice, plenty of maneuvering room. The restrooms were a little dated and could use a little updating. You are surrounded by a couple of AG machinery dealers, so things are quiet. Fuel nearby for MH and large rigs if you don't want to unhook.

We have been staying here overnight during our annual snowbird trips to/from Indiana and Texas for four years. We highly recommend the park for overnights along the Interstate.

Reservation process was pain free. Few phone calls were handled extremely well. Arrival was after hours, there was a note on the office door with our information including directions to site, and an orange cone at our site. Bathhouse honestly could use some painting and updating, but it served its' purpose. Getting to the park off I-55 was easy. Four lane traffic was no issue when we slept. Our site was two rows from the road and we heard very little noise after we went to bed. Majority of sites... Read More

This was our first camping adventure, and this was a wonderful first RV park to stop at. Nice, no frills, a great place to stop and sleep during a trip, IMO.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the WIFI was too slow. It was a pretty well kept park easy on and off I55 we would stay here again

Great for an overnight stop - all services including wifi worked as advertised. Easy to find and access after hours arrival - they left our instructions taped to the door and a traffic cone blocking the site holding it for us.

The office never let us know that the City posted a "must boil water" notice. We used it 2 days before we found out. They stuck a small note on the office door but we had no reason to go up there so we never saw it. Only one bathroom stall for entire park.

Stayed the night on our way to Florida. Staff extremely helpful. Restroom/shower room single stall on each and clean and heated. Park was off highway but we run white noise machine and traffic was not a problem with noise. Recommend easily.

Small basic park, nice level clean sites. Friendly staff, this is the kind of park I look for. I don't want to pay for pools, playgrounds and other amenities I don't use.

I gave them an overall rating of five and feel that was justified. Stayed there two nights, which one is apparently normal as most make this a stop traveling through. Very nice, basic park. Plenty of room for the site and driving through. Had the fastest internet speed of ANY park I've been at. Was quiet and clean. Not much in the way of amenities but really did not need much. Never used their restroom or laundry facilities. Would stop and stay again.

This is a plain and simple, utilitarian, just off the interstate RV Park. Which is just what they say they are. The park is very neat and trim. Gravel roads and sites, very easy full hook ups. We used our short water hose and only one length of sewer hose. The sites are level front to back, but ours leaned a little, not enough to get the boards out. The sites are long enough to leave your tow attached. No fire rings, but each site has a picnic table. There is adequate space between the rv's. The... Read More

Saw no derelict trailers or junk. The small office has some rv supplies that might come in handy, but there is no camp store. The cable is very good with 30 stations, and wi-fi is excellent with four "hot spots" to choose from. There are no amenities here. The attraction is location, location, location. It is directly off I-55 and one half mile from I-57. We hear no road noise! A single men's and women's bathroom are off the laundry room. They are very basic and appear to be cleaned daily. They can really only accommodate one user at a time, yet the outside door doesn't lock, so I guess you have to say, "I'm in here" when someone comes in. The walls are painted cement block and the floors concrete. I have shower shoes that I rarely use. I'm sure the bathrooms are clean but I'll use my shoes. The day we arrived they were putting new mulch around their shade trees. It looked nice and there were flowers blooming all about. This is a clean and orderly park. Here is a comfortable night off the road. It is not a resort. It's a night's sleep before you start driving again. We liked it, we'll be back.

Clean and easy to enter and depart. Quiet park and friendly staff. Just stayed two nights while eating at Lambert's cafe. Lambert's runs a shuttle to/from the RV park. Would stay there again as an overnight stay or even longer. But for a longer stay I would request a site farther from the highway.
