We were very happy to find the laundry and bath facilities open. However, I booked a gravel site with full hookups, but we were escorted to a grass site on a hill. We asked if there was something more level and were told that they did not. We had a terrible time getting our 28' 5th wheel near level. We leave tomorrow and there were many empty sites over the weekend that would have been much better. The campground is clean and well organized. It is quiet and peaceful. The vast majority... The vast majority of the sites are permanent trailers. There are lots of rules, one of which is you must by firewood from the campground. We saw someone come in with quite a bit of firewood and the campground personel confiscated it, even wrapped wood. Be careful using your GPS. Our Waze initially took us to the wrong side of the lake.

I have to say, this is a campground that makes a good 1st impression and they didn't disappoint. We arrived around 5pm in mid-September with great cool weather, sunny skies. They are situated away from noisy highways in rolling countryside with a westward view of Chautauqua Lake. Every building, road and lot was well maintained, modern and up to date. The staff was friendly, willing to accommodate and answered all our questions. The place is huge with campsites for transient and seasonal campers... Read More

We chose a basic full-hookup site with cable but would probably opt for one with a concrete patio, table/chairs and swing glider had we known beforehand how nice they were, and our stay was be long than one night.

We stayed 10 days over the Memorial Day weekend and so enjoyed our spacious pull-thru site with stamped concrete patio and all-weather adirondack table & chairs (4) and a two person adirondack glider. We used the fire pit every night, they'll even deliver the firewood for you from their camp store up at the office. You can tell the owners take extreme pride in their park, everything was so clean. Nice laundry room, chairs available so you can even sit inside or out and wait as your laundry finishes... Read More

We had a fantastic view every night of the sunset over the valley and the sites on the other side of us had views of the lake. The escort to your sight when you check in is always a nice welcome and garbage pick up is at your site! The check-out time is 3pm so we were able to enjoy our last day in the Chautauqua Lake area without being rushed. We're looking forward to returning this fall to enjoy all of the colorful foliage!

Very Clean and spacious sites. Disappointed the pool was not opened even though the website says it would be open by Memorial day (still under construction). A lot of activities for the kids to do. Nice views of the lake, but no lake access from the campsite. I thought the price was high, especially since all the amenities were not available at time of stay.

Rest rooms are cleaned three times a day. Power washed once a month! The campground has specific rules on the website and in the confirmation email. Know and follow them. Some people think the rules ruin the fun yet they are there to keep it fun. This is a "Family Campground" and that is why the booze restrictions, pet paper requirements, no outside firewood, noise enforcement, etc. The pool was closed at the end of 2016 camping season and rebuilding of it began. If you do not have one; they have ones you can borrow. Chapel service every Sunday morning at 10AM. Overall a great place.
