I’m a life long RVer and have never been more disappointed with a KOA than this one! For $125 a night, we got a tiny dirt/gravel site with a dead grass/dirt area covered in trash. And it’s unbelievably crowded with cars and trucks parked halfway into the roads everywhere. If you like being crammed between hundreds of rookie campers, this place is for you!

Good locations, clean restrooms, coded gate - the only thing is the speed bumps entering and leaving the park.

The Peteluma KOA is the 65th stop for us and we stayed for 7 nights. We used this as the jumping off point for Point Reyes National Seashore and Napa Valley. The park is about a half mile off 101 and you cannot hear much of the road noise but instead can hear horses, mules, goats, chickens, geese, wild turkeys, etc. – it is surrounds by fields. The interior terraced sites which are basic and under thick tree cover. We stayed in a deluxe back in which had one of the best patio layouts of any place... Read More

There are a half dozen ways to stay here from tent camping to large onsite trailers. It is very much geared to families with a great/new playground, bounce pad, decent sized pool and many other amenities. The only two knocks was the price gouging for laundry – highest price we have found to date – and we are not fans of the honey wagon service as part of “full hook ups” (not all sites are like this). For connectivity at midday, WiFi 4.8 down/1.3 up T-Mobile 16.4 down/2.6 up Verizon 73.2 down/22.7 up. Overall, Wifi is decent for basic email and social media but inconsistent for streaming. Overall, would rate it a 4.5.

This is more of an RV Resort than an RV Camp. I definitely recommend reserving a site in the oak grove, where the gravel sites are nearly level and the hookups and cable are fine. WiFi signal was good but of course not all that secure. I didn't use the bathrooms the laundry was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I just left this park today after a 2 week stay. This is easily the nicest KOA I've stayed at. If you have kids, there is a petting zoo, pool, playground and plenty of other activities. I didn't find too noisy either. The people at the front office were nice, the bathroom & shower I used was clean. My problem was: every day I went to the shower, after I was showering, someone opens the main door (KOA gives you a code to enter) and props it open. This male KOA employee then sits in his golf cart... Read More

This male KOA employee then sits in his golf cart staring into the women's showers. This is beyond creepy. If I had young girls with me, I'd think twice. The men's showers never have this happen. The cleaning hours are posted, I was never there during that time. I complained to the office, but this just kept happening.

Ugh. We are a retired couple full-timing in our 42 ft motorcoach. This was not the place for us. It was pretty close to San Francisco and Napa without getting tied up in downtown freeway traffic. Staff was efficient and friendly. But this was an older park designed for families and smaller RV's. Our site was very difficult to get into. We ended up with a scratch on our coach. The site was gravel and not close to level. There seemed to be a lot going on for the kids but for us it was too... Read More

I am sorry to post such a negative rating. We have stayed overnight in high summer multiple times. Campground is crowded, as to be expected and much recreational activities geared toward children abound. Biggest negative which is significant to us is that every site we have been in has had the sewer access uphill from the RV. In order to drain a tank, you must physically lift the drain hose to 'milk' the discharge multiple times. A macerating drain pump would help. The sites we have been... Read More

Cannot speak to other sites.
