We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed this park. The location is excellent - it's on the Intercostal Waterway and close to most things Perdido has to offer. We arrived with a water line issue. Fortunately, they had a mechanic work-camping and Fred knocked it out in a matter of minutes. It was one heckuva feast with a lot of good times shared among new friends. It's a smaller park, but very well kept. The owners and staff are great people and we recommend this park to anybody wanting to spend a little time in the Florida Panhandle. We'd definitely stay here again.

We were well pleased with our stay. Grounds are very well kept. All facilities were clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Close to Gulf, shopping and restaurants. Easy booking. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Family run and family friendly park. The owners and staff will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Lots to do nearby. Great view from the raised beach overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. They have marina slips to rent so you can bring your boat along. The showers and restrooms were cleaned several times daily. There is a clubhouse to meet for coffee in the morning, watch a movie or just chill. A must place to stay in the area!

Small park but quite clean and nice. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Most activities are geared to an older seniors crowd but on everyday. lovely sandy beach area which would be good if it wasn't so cold this month.

We stayed 2 months April thru May. The park is well manicured, sites fairly close together. Staff was not very friendly. Pool was dirty all of April until they switched cleaning services then it was great. Not many campers until holiday weekends. Noise from the highway was very annoying. Most mornings we were awakened by noisy neighbors before 7 am. Staff was out mowing 4-5 days a week. Site was level and great wifi until it rained. Nice paved walking path. Rather expensive. Might go back.

We stay here every summer! They have the friendliest owner and staff! The best wifi around! Love my home away from home! No place I rather be than here!

Small park and trailers are pretty close. Very clean, a lot of activites, clean pool, laundry room, rest room. People are very friendly. All good. Will definitely go back but will stay for a month

The park has a great location right on the Intercoastal waterway but their rates are extremely high considering many of sites were underwater from the light rain the area received. The pool was clean but not heated. It was very quiet in the park over the weekend which was a little surprising considering the Blue Angels had a homecoming which the park choose to incur a increased nightly charge. The park was very clean and maintained.
