It was such a treat to stay here. A lake for the family, a park nearby to ride our bikes and owners who truly cared that our stay would be comfortable, quiet at night and clean. There are rules, not unlike any other park that we've stayed at - but Janice took on the uncomfortable role of making sure everyone not just a few had a good time. What a difference that makes. We would stay here over and over again. Thank you Lakeshore for such a wonderful stay!

This is a very clean RV park. Nice beach area on the lake! We had a site that had a raised deck which was nice. Not much shade there (yet) and sites parallel East and West, so our awning was of little help morning or evening. Site size is typical for a Resort. They allowed our well-behaved 4 Yorkies and 1 Greyhound, but would rather not have numerous large dogs. We have a containment fence, but stuck to their rule of all dogs on leashes. We were tied up most of the time! Owners were very... Read More

We regretfully spent only one night. This well-maintained, clean campground is located on Lake Oelwein with lots of amenities for a quiet, wholesome fun stay. We played mini golf, enjoyed the lake view and relaxed by a goodnight fire. This is definitely a place we will return to for a longer stay. The owners are fabulous, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

What a beautiful, well maintained park. Owners were delightful and you can really tell they care about maintaining a high quality experience. The sites are quite large and it was very easy getting our 40' 5th wheel in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful well kept campground/resort. We would recommend it to anyone passing through for a nice peaceful stay. The owners are so kind and made our stay relaxing. Thanks!!

The park is very nice, the previous owners built this park to what it is today. Unfortunately the new owners are running it into the ground. They are extremely nosy, just call to make a reservation, you will know exactly what they are like. They don't like big groups camping together, and certainly do not make friends with your neighbors, that is not allowed either. You can't play music, cant socialize by your fire, can't float on the lake in a floaty. God forbid if you want to have a drink or two... Read More

So, if you want to camp and sit in your camper watching TV, then this is the place for you.
