This is park has recently transitioned from a 55+ community to an all ages resort. The age of the property shows, many park models which are in need of updating. Other rigs which clearly stay year round and are in need of repair. The grounds are not well cared for, dirt and weeds vs. grass and landscape at most all sites. This is park has recently transitioned from a 55+ community to an all ages resort. The age of the property shows, many park models which are in need of updating. Other rigs which clearly stay year round and are in need of repair. The grounds are not well cared for, dirt and weeds vs. grass and landscape at most all sites. Pad was worn and cracked so leveling took time. There were endless ants which had to be dealt with. The park does not provide insect support, guests are advised that they are in Florida and should deal with it. New pickle ball court has been added that was a welcome amenity. The dog park is in an unshaded area far from water. While the website lists Cable TV as an amenity, upon trying to access the channels the office advised that cable was only offered to long term renters and they would not honor the details of the website or the confirmation email. Overall, unless you are in desperate need stay elsewhere.

Old park, very clean. Now corporate owned. Some staff very friendly, management is NOT !. Small lots, small streets, very hard if you have a Class "A" to get to a spot. No room to park your towed vehicle safely. RV spots are between permanent residents with RV add-ons up to property line and most have two vehicles making it even harder to maneuver to a spot. Don't think about parking on the grass/dirt. NOT PET FRIENDLY !! Now charge $20/day pet fee. Management is very strict on visiting... Read More

NOT PET FRIENDLY !! Now charge $20/day pet fee. Management is very strict on visiting RV'ers especially with with dogs. Not friendly people.
We stayed there for years with out three Scotties with no issues, inside dogs, non barkers, Always checked "3" dogs when we made reservations, never an issue until corporate owned. Was asked to leave because we had three dogs....corporate policy only 2......and we put down we had three dogs !! Stayed until our reservation was over even though they continued to ask us to leave. WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS PARK FOR NUMEROUS REASONS !! I suggest finding a pet friendly RV park with out permanent residents.
This is the only park we have ever had any issues with. I recommend you find a more friendly park so you don't have to deal with the
