My wife and I found ourselves buying a travel trailer after we were displaced from our home due to medical issues with the homeowner. We chose this park to stay in while we tie up any loose ends that we had after the move. The owner and staff of this park are the best people to deal with. They treat you like family.
The park is clean and well kept. The people are friendly and respectful. The showers are amazing, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a large area for pet walking, she has a little store that has about everything one would need and I bet even the kitchen sink if you were to ask. The prices in the store are fair and not over priced as some places do. There is a little creek that feeds into waverly park, with plenty of ducks, and there is a nice fence all the way through the property to keep the ducks away from the RVer's. It is just a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay. The laundry facility is clean and maintained. It is within walking distance to Burger King, McDonald's, Carl's JR, Taco Bell, Winco, Cosco, Tom Tom Gas and mini mart and Waverly Park, and the fairgrounds.
We are headed to Tillamook for a few months for work, but it is our hope that we will be able to stay here, make it our home base for winters.
My wife has spent the majority of her last 30 years in a RV staying at various parks, and she tells me often that this one is by far one of the best she has ever stayed at. It is a park where the owners truly cares about others.
