We stayed on the south side which was newer. We had a pull thru with FHU on level ground. Roads are all blacktop and there are a lot of sidewalks. The yards are grass. Under the bridge on the river is a public fishing area. Just a short ways north is the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk with all its eateries and shops. We recommend Victoria's Hotel for fine dining. To the south is a smaller boardwalk at Bethany Bay. We enjoyed the shops there too and ate at Penguins for lunch. We were only a short drive from the Cape May- Lewes Ferry. This was a friendly, beautiful area.

Super nice State Park, you stay on the bay side, right on the inlet with the ocean just a short walk along the inlet to the beach. Clean, great staff, totally relaxing with paved pads and grass sandy front yard to BBQ in. Going again
