Stayed one night site 110 April 5th in 35' class A with toad. Gated facility, very tidy, too early in the year for most activities they may offer. Very nice park. Led to site, level, clean, orderly hook ups. Only negative is check your GPS as mine had me drive through Fort Collins with narrow streets, drainage ditches, low trees, and stupid heavy traffic to get to the park. Fortunately all the craziness ended at the park gates. Absolutely would stay again.

Pictures online are totally misleading. Was Very disappointed to find that this is a virtual dust bowl with unpaved streets. Their "premium sites with patio" are a joke. Site too short, leveling system indicated incline too steep to level properly and impossible to get satellite signal. Bathroom passable dirty as expected on busy weekend. Shower not so nice.

First, a couple of negatives that may be important to some like it was to us. The review will get better. If you will have guests visit you at the campground, be aware of the $10 per person, per day fee. Wow! Even if your guests will only be at your site, not enjoying the amenities they offer as justification for the cost - no exceptions (all spelled out on their website). For us, visiting family and friends in the area, it's a deal breaker, we'll camp elsewhere on future stays. Next - consider... Read More

For us, visiting family and friends in the area, it's a deal breaker, we'll camp elsewhere on future stays. Next - consider the internet non-existent. For an otherwise very nice campground (with premium site fees), the wifi is the worst we've encountered - anywhere. Only 4 access points for a park this large, very slow speeds, poor quality - come on Tengo Internet and KOA, unacceptable. That said, it's a very nice campground - clean, attentive staff, level sites, good restrooms, nice lake with walking trail, nice fenced dog run, a lot of included fun amenities for kids / families. Site widths are OK. But restrictive rules about the grass in the campsites . no rugs of any kind, no screen tent, no portable dog fences, etc. If none of the negatives above are important to you, you'll probably enjoy this well-maintained campground.

We stayed 5 nights at 2 different times on this trip in a 30' 5th wheel. It's our go-to when in the area. It has many extras included in price: pool, mini golf, paddle boats, fishing, bouncy castle for kids, huge trampoline, work-out room, etc. There are trails and parks near by. The sites vary from roomy to tight, level gravel and plenty of grass and small trees. Many of the back-ins are short enough to require un-hitching. The staff was friendly and helpful with us but they are very picky about... Read More

What a nice surprise! This KOA has it together! There are so many activities for all members of the family! There are paddle boats, bumper boats, shuffleboard, bouncing pad, and so many more things to keep the children busy. There is a very nice, level walking trail and an off-leash dog park. Apparently, they are moving the dog park to a better location in the future and that will be a good thing, There is a guard house when entering and the workers were extremely pleasant! We would definitely... Read More

WOW....as a first time camper THIS is the RV Park I want to find everywhere.....Clean, friendly, well maintained, scenic, great sites, the list goes on. Chose a back-in site with patio....like I was sitting out back at home. I could spend a lot of time telling you what is right with this park and have not ONE THING to complain about. Oh....well maybe a little better marking at the entrance as it sits off the main road a bit and there is a construction company along the main road which is a little... Read More

That's it.....Would stay hear again 1000% and if my plans to buy an RV comes thru.....I want to pick up this park and place it at all of my destination......STAY HERE!!!

Friendly and informative staff, plenty of room to maneuver 35' MH with tow vehicle. Tons of things for the kids, lake, within 20 minutes to Camp Bow Wow doggie daycare. Very clean, will try to come back earlier in season to take advantage of the lake and other amenities. Bit far off freeway but well worth the visit.

Construction on the highway is annoying, and the entrance to park is past industrial lots that make you wonder about the location, but the park was very nice. Wifi, Cable, Very clean bathhouses and laundry - the nicest one we saw in the 38 days of this RV trip. Nice sites with some space between. Gym in Rec room. Volleyball, mini-golf, pool, and large play area. There are rules, but I saw that sometimes they are not enforced. I have read complaints about charging for guests, but I can understand... Read More

I have read complaints about charging for guests, but I can understand because they have so much for kids to do there! (some have extra charges and were not operational when we were there). There is plenty to keep kids busy! There is a nice long walking trail around catch and release pond.

This RV park is a resort. It has a nice lake and water craft available, you can fish in it or walk the trail that circles the lake. We are retired and did not partake in the children's activity but wished our grandchildren were with us because they had a lot of fun things for kids to do. The sites were spacious and well kept with cement pads, some had patios, a few even had hot tubs. Laundry room was clean and most of the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way. The only bad part of this park is the many cottonwood trees. At times when the wind blew it looked like it was snowing. If you have allergy problems this could be a challenge. Other than that it is a wonderful park and close enough to everything to make it convenient yet far enough away to make it peaceful.

Despite ugly 1/4 mile drive past non-KOA junk/yard-like street, we found this KOA a great location/facility. Individual full lockable bathrooms; nice frontload washers/dryers, though $2 a load. Very level concrete slabs, and several upgrade choices. For us, the greatest value. Bike 2 blocks to Poudre Trail, and then only 15 minute ride to Fort Collins, our most liked town for jazz, food, fun.

We stayed here 2 weeks at the end of August. Our site backed up at the edge of the camp. It was level with sufficient space between sites and plenty of grass. Included was a pool, exercise room with library and sitting room, mini golf, lake with paddle boats, and much more to do. The staff was friendly and the park was very clean. It was fenced with 24 hr security. There is a $10 charge for guests which makes sense to me considering all the free amenities. Fort Collins is a nice town with lots of... Read More

Fort Collins is a nice town with lots of parks, eateries, and other recreation nearby. There is no lack of things to do.The only downside, if that, is turning off a rural road onto the entrance road between 2 large commercial buildings. Once in the park it's quiet and green. We would stay there again.
