They do not have restroom/showers so can’t rate this. The roads and sites are black top, very nice. Only trouble was that on phone I was told to pull into any spot, set up and call them. Owner/management doesn’t live onsite. Luckily my wife called while I was getting the camper level, they had me move because the site I picked was booked already. This park is new and I think they are working on it. Would liked to have seen a playground for my 5 year old grandson.
First the good… very new “campground”
very close, within sight of the highway, but not the associated noise...
2 gas stations to choose from, one at either entrance/exit...
Very level paved pull-thru sites with new full hookups, including what appeared to be a very well insulated water spigot …sites had ample space between them, including a picnic table and some grass…
Now for the bad…. It is a new campground, there is no on-site management nor a camp store or even bathrooms… and due to wind storm, their entrance sign had blown down, and no hand-out for the campground, (rules, emergency numbers, location of dumpster, etc)
If you are looking for very nice overnight parking place with 30/50 amp service, water and sewer that is just off the highway, then this is for you... to pay, you call a phone number listed on sign and they come to collect your money very quickly… there are signs that indicate the grounds are under surveillance … felt very secure.. there seemed to be a few longer term tenants on the back-in sites
Overall, a diamond in the rough, without restrooms, I consider it a little pricey, but still a good value
