This RV Resort is a gem… close to everything wonderful around Sedona. It is a lovely RV park with great facilities, beautiful views of the mountains and friendly people. I have enjoyed my time here.

This park is new so the landscaping and amenities are still beautifully maintained. Easy in and out access with large pull thru sites are available making setup a breeze when you're pulling a tow trailer. Wifi is spotty and there is no cable but our antennae picked up more than 20 channels so that was good. The Good Sam's rate is not honored for more than one night which was a bit surprising as this is the first time we've encountered this for a three night stay. It should have been clearly stated on their website as the park is fairly pricey when they also add an extra $4 per person per night for any more than two people.
