We always love camping here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The bath houses are the best!!

We did not use bathhouse or laundry facilities. The time of year we were there pool was closed. But very nice people running it. We had a pull thru in the lower section site 58. Sites close but not too close. We had enough room to have a patio area and cooking area. We had full hook- ups with fire pit. The only down side is wifi is free for Email and txt but any streaming they charge you extra. We had streaming for 3 days and it was an extra $ 7.95. We will return.

We loved our stay here. It is located in such a beautiful area of Kentucky. It is minutes from Nada Tunnel and the Red River Gorge. The staff was very friendly. The park was clean and well kept. The pool looked great, but it was a little too cool to swim. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here 3 nights the weekend of April 27th 2018. There are a few premium spots here along the creek/wood line and the pond area. The spot we stayed in was okay, but nothing to brag about. We backed up to a hill with a small man-made type stream with large gravel rocks. The first part of the RV park and campsites looks more like just a gravel driveway area and nothing spectacular. Most of the campsites are just "okay". The WIFI and cell signal were great and had full bars with both.... Read More

The bathrooms have electric outlets and hot, hot water, BUT NO MIRRORS (terrible for girls!) haha. Each site comes with a firepit and picnic table. All the sites are pretty large gravel areas with RailRoad tie borders. Some of them are pull -through for the larger rigs. There is a campstore with a few necessities. A pool is here , but hasn't been opened for the season. . The location is great due to the vicinity to the state park and Red River Gorge activities. When you book on line you will have to pay full price and then ASK FOR YOUR GOOD SAMS DISCOUNT BACK AFTER THE FACT. They gave me my discount back in cash once I checked in for my stay. The staff here was really friendly and the campground seems pretty new. I did see a couple of small playgrounds for kiddos and you can have dogs too. There is a laundry facility on site. The other people in my group liked the campground. It just seemed more like a large parking lot to me than a typical campground. I would go back if the opportunity arise. Happy Trails!

My wife and I live full time in our Montana 3711 FL 5th wheel which is about 40' long. We arrived the first week of October 2017 and departed the first of January 2018. My wife and I live full time in our Montana 3711 FL 5th wheel which is about 40' long. We arrived the first week of October 2017 and departed the first of January 2018. Our Grand kids live in Lexington so we wanted to spend the holidays with them this year. We were unable to find any campgrounds closer to them that had vacancies for long term stays, so we were grateful to find 4 guys RV park had vacancies. The only hard part was that they were booked up over the Halloween weekend. They worked it out so that we stayed in the same site. With the Eastern Bypass connection to Interstate 65, travel to Lexington was about 50 miles and fast at 70 mph. Traffic was never an issue. The park is gravel roads and gravel sites. It rained hard during the stay and the water did puddle at the roadway but not at the site. It was usually gone in a day. There is plenty of space between sites and a picnic table and fire pit are located at each site. I felt the area provided for the fire ring and table were very generous. We stayed here when the temp dropped down to 0 degrees and never lost water of electric. 50 amp as well as 30 amp service and good water pressure. We did not use the restrooms. They closed them for the winter around the end of November. They are nice, clean, individual units, the only thing that I observed that detracted from them was that there were no mirrors in them. They have a camp store that sells ice and fire wood. They are close to all of the Red River Gorge attractions and the fall color changes were awesome in the campground to watch. Trails are all over the place. The park was full most weekends leading up to mid November and then emptied out. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came time to replenish our propane tanks. They have the only propane filling station around and they charged a very reasonable price. The park is pretty quite with the only noise coming from the by pass. At the lower end of the park closest to the by pass it was loudest, but not to a point that it was intrusive. The sites are easy to back into and they also have pull through sites. They have two small playgrounds that our 2 and 4 year old grand kids made good use of. I had a very nice extended stay here and would recommend 4 guys RV park to anyone that is looking for access to Lexington. The views here are worth the drive. If they had concrete slab sites and mirrors in the bath rooms, I would have given them a 5 star review
