This park is great for one night stay its right on I 20 and has easy access on and off the highway......cable is good....sites are long and level......can easily stay hooked up in these sites.......the price makes it even better with Good Sam only $27.00 per night ........full hook up.........Candice was very helpful getting me into this park on a late time period for a reservation. I will stay here again !!!!!!

We are new to Colorado City, TX, new to Lone Wolf, and new to RV living. We arrived to the campground on a Sunday evening, and was allowed to conveniently check in on Monday morning. Our RV site is clean, combination of gravel and grass, clearly marked, easy hook up to electric, water, sewer and cable. The site is large enough for 5 slides and our vehicle. The entire park is well lit at night, and the office, restrooms with showers (!) and laundry are open 24 hours. We didn't know how to operate... Read More

We didn't know how to operate our hot water heater and for a couple of nights used the on-site showers. The restrooms and showers are kept warm, the water was hot, and it was very clean. I can use a credit card or coins for the laundry. The machines are very clean. I've noticed a school bus picking up children. The trash bins are picked up daily. I'm very impressed with the overall cleanliness and "community-feel" to this place. I'll be staying a while!

We stayed at this park for three weeks. This is a great and quiet park. The camp store has been shut down so you have to run down the street to the Stripes to get things. Bathrooms are clean and warm. Laundromat on premises. When I am in Colorado City I will stay here again.

We became ill on the road and stopped at this park. We had a pull thru site and the park employee help us connect. Sites are gravel with grass between sites. Very quiet. Staff very courteous they called every day to see if we were ok and even called us a couple hours after we left to check on us. We stayed in motorhome with toad. Would stay here again. Only reason I rated a 5 stars is because no WiFi at site

It was wide open. Like a parking lot... The pool was green and the management was not there the 2 nights we stayed...got to see some amazing sunsets/sunrises, and we did love the laundry area, mostly that we could use my credit card and not worry about carrying quarters... (I never would have been able to laundry any other way because no one was ever in the office) his park has great potential if they just would pay attention to the little things... As they are a fairly new park and could be an... Read More

This is not the place for you if you want shade or friendly management. This is also not the place for you if you plan to have two vehicles parked. The pool is nice when it isn't dirty or leaking but do enjoy the fresh aroma of sewer when the wind blows!
