My husband and I stayed here for approximately 6 months while on an assignment in the area. We were in a big rig pull-thru site that was gravel. It did seem a bit not level as time went on, but was functional for our stay. They were in the middle of construction for more RV sites for the majority of our stay, which sometimes affected our sleep schedule working nights. They were slated to be done soon after we left in September and were going to be concrete pads. We had a couple disruptions of water... Read More

It did seem a bit not level as time went on, but was functional for our stay. They were in the middle of construction for more RV sites for the majority of our stay, which sometimes affected our sleep schedule working nights. They were slated to be done soon after we left in September and were going to be concrete pads. We had a couple disruptions of water and electricity during our visit because of the construction, but we were notified of these outages as they happened. We did not use the restroom/shower areas during our stay so I don't know about rating them. We also did not use the laundry area. We had intentions of using it, but there is certain times you can't do laundry because of the motel and we found it easier during our stay to do it in town. There is a diner and bar on site. We got a discount token because we were staying there for a longer term that was usable in the diner. We ate at the diner a couple times and the food was reasonably priced and good. We went to the bar a couple times and were pleased with the service. The RV park is a bit of a drive to the nearest grocery store (Approx. 30 minutes one way). The weather out there is approximately 10-15 degrees warmer than Prescott to the north. This area is pretty windy and for the most part we weren't always able to have our awnings out. We did not have a pet during our stay, but there was a pet area. Overall the people who work at this RV park are friendly and work hard on the upkeep to keep it running and looking nice. They even gave my husband an air hose when we left because ours mysteriously deteriorated in our storage compartment and we didn't find it until we went to use it right before were about to hook up and pull out.

The managers here are the friendliest, most helpful folks you could wish to meet. From the time we arrived to the time we left, everyone here did their best to make us feel welcome. I travelled with another couple in their Class B, and they blew out their propane hose. A place in town fabricated a new one and the manager installed it on-site. I was stuck with a mechanical problem on my RV that entailed a couple extra nights stay to have a part shipped in, (stayed 5 nights total) and one of the... Read More

I have 2 dogs that are not familiar with the desert, and thank goodness that this park keeps a grassy area watered & green for the dogs to use! I did rate the facility itself as 4 stars instead of 5 because they only have one bathroom/shower for the entire park (not that it was ever in use when I needed it, though) and it was always perfectly clean. They have a good laundry area. An added bonus is a 50's style diner on premises that has good food! I would stop here again if I was in the area.

Pleasant staff, full hookups, a bit crowded lot wise. Nice restaurant with good food. always quiet after ten PM. Only used trailer shower so know nothing about showers and restrooms.Propane and laundry are reasonable. Had an emergency and left early and promised a refund of days, that did not happen. Sadly that drops the overall rating. How good is their word? Would likely not stay there again unless they refund two day like they said they would. Don't want to bash anyone, just would feel better... Read More
