No cable TV. Intermittent Wi-Fi with lots of buffering. Run down. Lots of full timers. Lots of tents even in November. Branches from trees fallen on picnic tables, old dirty mattresses and bedding on the ground by garbage cans. Sewer spills around dump station. Very dark at night. Lighting is inadequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone. Good Sam really needs to change their ratings on the Good Sam site. Very misleading.

I booked this campsite a few weeks ago and when we arrived, they had no sites available except a site that was perpendicular to the other site and when we walked out of our camper, we were met by the next campers spread all over our are. I talked to the manager and he came over and said they used to have a fence there for privacy, but it was taken down. We could not go out of the trailer to eat, we would be facing the other people who were right at our door. There was no reason we were given this... Read More

There was no reason we were given this site, especially for 2 nights, very disappointing and will not come back

Thanks for the beautiful status of your Park. Has all the amenities that you could need. The best customer service We have had in our time.

Very friendly staff, extremely nice. We had an emergency with our dog couldn't call out or do WiFi calling. Staff allowed us to use their land line to find an Vet. A little disorganized because we were sent to lot #19, person was still there and not leaving. Was told "this guy does this all the time, but his money is good". Well if that's true you should've checked before having us drive around the park to find this out. 2nd spot was so short we had to unhook from our 28' 5th wheel, then park sideways.... Read More

Cell reception (T-Moble) was sketchy at best. WiFi was very slow. Entrance was very nice with duck ponds & area clean. Very shady trees through out. Sites were wide enough. Creek isn't really walkable. I picked enough blackberries to put in my ice cream. We didn't use the restrooms/showers/pool, can't rate. We would stay here again, but would reserve a spot first. This park is rated 8 in facilities and appeal, but we disagree. We have a small 5th wheel, which overloaded the short, cramped spaces available. The park is dirt except for the narrow driveways, and the trees/stumps make it difficult to maneuver around. We drove around, previewed our site, and left. Can't speak to the bathrooms/showers- we don't care. This park should be rated no higher than a 2 or 3.

What a disappointment! The facility and office crew were incredibly rude! Clogged toilets, unheated restrooms, long-term residents with dirty, broken down rigs, cigarette butts, beer bottles, not a safe place for children. This place is in need of major renovation and updating. Not fit for extra large rigs- sharp corners. Definitely a thumbs down!

We chose this park because of its proximity to Ashland proper. The ratings looked good and I like the idea it was well off the highway. When arriving, the grounds and check in office looked nice. We planned to stay 2 nights. The lady (manager) was very pleasant and helpful. She had set aside a site she thought would be the best. It was a nice enough site although overgrown with blackberries that gave the privacy. I have to agree with the other reviewer, the place seems a little tired, like there... Read More

I have to agree with the other reviewer, the place seems a little tired, like there have been a lack of improvements. There are obviously some long term tenants that have allowed to let their sites get pretty messy. We decided to cut our stay short as there was nothing to keep us there. It is a shame as this could be so much better with a bit of attention.

The park was a real disappointment. The grounds maintenance was poor and looked very tired. Much of the tenants were long term residence who were allowed to leave their campsite a mess. It may have been a nice park once, but those days are long gone.
