We are full-time RVers, and we like the city of Tucson. We stayed her six weeks. This is a place we'll return to. It's an older park, so the facilities are aging a bit and the pool is small. Wildlife abounds: roadrunners, rabbits, lots of birds. My husband saw a coyote one night. The desert garden is a nice place to sit and relax. Laundry is old and could stand to be upgraded. I had a great deal of difficulty putting quarters in just right so they would register. Dryers run very hot. Community... Read More

Community center is spacious and there were lots of quilters, as well as jigsaw puzzles and a library. We were on the main road (#40), which was a bit noisy. If we came back, we'd ask for one of the 1-12 spaces by the garden and away from the main entrance. Close to stores and only 10 miles to Saguarro National Park (East), it's a convenient, yet quiet and shady location.

This is a great place to stay on the Far East side of Tucson off of I10. They have no restrictions on dog size or breed and do not have any policy on trailers over 10 years old. The park has a large dog park so our dog could get a good run at the park every day. They have a leash and tether policy, but we didn't see it enforced so we tethered our dog without a problem. The facility was clean. Our only complaint was that the restroom/showers were not locked, so my wife did not feel safe in those... Read More

We did not have a good experience. We were placed on the smallest, unlevel lot #83. Our full time park resident was not the nicest. Who ties a ladder to a tree to prevent parking. Also, what manager let's this happen? Thanks for the worst camping experience ever. You charged full price for half rate service!!!
