Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In time for RV Sites is 1 pm - 6 pm - Check-out time is noon for all. - Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy - Maximum occupancies per RV site, rentals vary from 2-6 guests (depending on type). - Each additional guest is $10 per day. Starting Rates - Starting rates for RV sites are based on 6 guests and 2 vehicles. - Starting rates for RV rentals are based on 2–6 guests (depending on type) and 2 vehicles. - Each additional guest is $10 per day. Minimum Stay - All holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay or more. Guests & Visitors - Campers are responsible for their guests and visitors. - They must register and pay the $10/guest/night fee. Respect Your Neighbor - Please do not cut through sites and keep all possessions on your site. Quiet Time - Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. - Please avoid loud noises, including talking, radios, televisions, and generators. - Minors must remain at their sites after 10 pm. Speed Limit - 10 mph on all resort roads. - Failure to obey the limit may result in removal from the property without a refund. Pets - Pets are limited to three dogs, less than 10 pounds each, and two dogs weighing more than 10 pounds. - Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. - No aggressive dogs or dog breeds are allowed in the park. Wildlife - Feeding or approaching stray animals or wildlife is strictly prohibited. Cleanliness - Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by Lessor’s management. - Please leave the bath and laundry building as you would like to find it. - If they need attention, please notify the park manager. - RV and vehicle washing are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is received from the park manager. Vehicles - Each reservation includes 2 vehicles. - Each additional vehicle is $5/day and subject to parking availability. - All vehicles must have a valid license plate. ATV/UTV - Allowed as one of the two allotted vehicles with proof of insurance and insured up to $50,000. - Must obey the rules of the road, including the 10 mph speed limit. - No unlicensed drivers. Sewer Hook-Up - Sewer hoses must be undamaged and have positive connections on both ends. Wastewater - A dump station is available to all registered park guests. - Improperly discharging septic or gray water will result in a fine and possible eviction. - Formaldehyde products are not permitted. Trash - The dumpster located in the park is for guests’ personal trash only. - All garbage must be bagged & tied, and boxes must be broken down. - Do not leave trash outside your RV or other unit. Recyclables - Please place recycling in appropriate containers. Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs - No smoking is allowed in rentals or any indoor common facilities. - Please consume alcohol responsibly. - Illegal drugs of any form, including cannabis, are prohibited at any location within the Windy Waters RV Park. - Person(s) violating this rule are subject to immediate eviction without refund. Prohibited Items - Campfires, fireworks, and explosives of any kind are prohibited. - Violators may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Future Reservations - Reservations for the following year will open Memorial Day weekend. - Remember to book before you leave.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. - The deposit will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date. Monthly/Seasonal Stays - Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. - The deposit will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date. No Show Policy - Any guests who have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, without prior arrangements with resort staff, will forfeit their deposit. Refund Policy - No refunds on or after arrival. - Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. - Refunds will be given in the same form it was paid, 50% of the reservation deposit less $50. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
