Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - We have specific check-in and check-out times. - For your convenience, please be aware of them before arriving. - If arriving later in the evening, come at a decent time so as not to disturb fellow campers. - Be aware that some Campgrounds do not allow check-ins after a certain time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children under the age of 11 must be supervised by an adult in all areas of the park. - Guests are responsible and liable for any damages caused. - No bicycle riding after dark. Pet Policy - Be a responsible pet owner. - Keep your dog leashed and in. - Your control at all times. - Keep dogs quiet during quiet time. - Excessive barking is unacceptable at any time of the day. - Pick up after your dog. - A "pet'' under this Agreement is defined as a domestic dog or cat. - No other animal whatsoever is considered a "pet'' under this Agreement. - Aggressive breeds are restricted. - Ie: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman etc. - All pets must be registered with Wheelers RV Park prior to occupancy. - Dogs and Cats must always be on a leash and under owners' control and never be left unattended at Camper's site. - Pet owner shall pick up and properly dispose of pet's waste immediately. - In the event pet waste is not immediately cleaned up, site occupant or pet owner will be billed at $50 per hour for pet waste clean up. - Barking or aggressive animals will not be tolerated. - Any Violation of the pet policy can result in termination of Agreement, eviction from the RV Site, with forfeiture of all payments made and no refund of any payments issued. - No other types of animals allowed at any time at the RV Site or on the Wheelers RV Park Premises. - Visitors are prohibited from bringing pets or any other animals whatsoever into the Wheelers RV Park Premises at any time. - Service animals must be accompanied with documentation. - Pets with a maximum of 2 must be kept on a leash at all times and immediately cleaned up after. - Do not leave your pets unattended. - If a pet is outside of the RV it must be accompanied by its adult owner. - Pets are not permitted in the bathhouse, laundry room, or office. - No kennels or fencing allowed outside of the trailer. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Quiet Time - Observe quiet times. - 10:00 PM through 8:00 am. - Enjoy music at your site at a decent volume so other campers don't have to hear it all day. - Have fun, but also be aware that many people go camping to enjoy peace and quiet. - We have posted quiet times that we enforce so that all campers can enjoy themselves and get rest when needed. - Be mindful of your noise level. - Keep the noise level of talking, children, and pets low and music off during these times. Speed Limit - Go to the speed limit. - The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park and will be enforced. - The speed limit is there to ensure the safety of all campers. - Observe the speed limit and be aware of children running, biking, and playing near the road. Parking Policy - Vehicles Park only in designated areas (Camper Site Driveway). - There is a maximum of 2 vehicles and 1 RV allowed per site, any extra vehicles and or trailers will need to be approved by WPRV Parked in separate reserved lot and will incur a separate fee. - Do not park on the grass or on any of the other RV Sites. - ATVs, Golf Carts, Scooters, etc. must stay on the gravel at all times and obey the Park Speed Limit. - When not in use, must be parked in the Camper Site Driveway. Vehicle Policy - Each site is allowed 2 ATVs/UTVs; any more than that must be approved by WRVP. - Drive on Roadways Only. - Do not Drive through or Exit across another campsite regardless of occupancy. - Vehicle , ATV Maintenance is not allowed at anytime at the RV Site or on the WPRV/Wheelers RV Park Premises Excluding replacing of battery or tire. - No washing of ATV/Side by Side is allowed at any time at the RV Site or on the WPRV/Wheelers RV Park Premise. - Please wash your ATV at the local car wash. Campfire - Mind your campfire. - All outdoor/open fires must stay within the “fire rings” at the RV Site. - Camper must attend all open fires at all times and fully extinguish them when they are not in use. - Check to be sure that campfires are currently allowed in the campground. - Keep the campfire flame at a decent size. - Never leave a campfire unattended, and be sure to fully extinguish the campfire before leaving or going to sleep. Cleanliness - Keep a tidy campsite. - Keep your site clean and free of trash at all times. - All Grills, bicycles, and other items must be put away out of sight nightly. - Be sure all garbage and food gets cleaned up to avoid attracting wildlife. - Clean up your site at the end of the night, placing outdoor supplies, bins, toys, etc., under or close to your RV or in your car. - This allows everyone to enjoy a nice clean campground in the morning as well as protecting your things in case it gets windy or rainy in the middle of the night. Camper Policy - Camper is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party and shall be personally liable for any personal injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions or inactions of anyone in their party. - Camper shall indemnify and hold harmless Wascott Pines RV Park, dba Wheelers RV Park for any losses, claims, damages, injuries, or other charges alleged or brought against WPRVP aka Wheelers RV Park arising out of or caused by the camper or any one in their party. Neighbor - Respect your neighbors’ space. - Do not walk through or park on other people’s sites. - This is a big campground no-no! - Keep all your vehicles, chairs, bikes, toys, etc., on your site, even if the site next to you appears to be empty. Alcohol Policy - Excessive consumption of alcohol (and/or intoxication) will not be tolerated. Weapons - Firearms, air guns, slingshots, bow and arrow, and fireworks are not permitted in the campground. Loss or Damages - Wascott Pines RV Park / Wheelers RV Park is not responsible for any loss by fire, theft, or accident. - We strongly suggest you stow and lock up your valuables when you are not at your RV Site. Clotheslines, Tarps, and Canopies - No Laundry Lines, tarps, additional structures, or canopies are permitted in the park. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Campground Disclaimer - Be rule friendly. - We reserve the right to evict without refund anyone whom we determine is in violation of these rules. - Besides the general campground etiquette tips listed here, be aware that Wheelers has additional specific rules to follow. - Know what these rules are and observe them closely. - Enjoy your stay at Wheelers RV Park. - The basics of campground etiquette will help you feel comfortable and confident during your stay.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
