I am writing this cautionary tale for anyone considering staying at this RV Park. We asked again and again if this campground and the space they were placing us was suitable for our Vanleigh Beacon 5th Wheel and again and again we were assured it was. The manager on duty, with all certainty, said not to worry, he would guide us into the spot and that he does this all day long. He backed us right into a tree, causing over $1,000 in damage. He then moved us to a space that would accommodate our... Read More

The manager on duty, with all certainty, said not to worry, he would guide us into the spot and that he does this all day long. He backed us right into a tree, causing over $1,000 in damage. He then moved us to a space that would accommodate our rig and assured us that they would take care of the damage and called an RV repair company, who removed the awning and told us we would need to order a new one. We researched the cost to make repairs and conveyed this to the manager who had now decided this was our fault and would not be paying for the repairs. After some discussion, he decided he was willing to pay half of the cost. He will not return our calls, leaving us to pay the full cost of the repairs. In addition to not honoring his word, it was disturbing the way he handled the situation. It was clear to us that he did an about face after talking with other members of the staff (this is a family run business). He claimed we lied on the form about the length of our rig - which we did not - and that was his reason for not following through with his agreement to reimburse us for the damage he caused. We pointed out that it was the height, not the length of the rig which was the reason for the damage and that it would make no sense for us to lie and that we were the ones asking about the size of the space. If he had any question about the length of the rig not matching up on their paperwork, he had multiple opportunities to bring this up when we questioned whether or not the assigned space was suitable for the rig.

Spent two night at this campground. Most of the RV sites are on dirt and it gets very dusty (your water hose & electric cord get filthy). There's little to no WiFi on most campsites (the WiFi at their clubhouse is OK). Most importantly, no cell signal and no cable TV. I was able to pick up a few TV stations through the TV antenna on my rig, but otherwise you're pretty isolated at this place. The campground is located between Sedona and Cottonwood, so location wise it is convenient.

Loved it, we can't wait to go back. G & L

I reserved a site next to the restrooms due to a disability. When I arrived I reminded them that I needed to be next to the restrooms. The office closed as I pulled into my campsite. Apparently the restrooms were closed down due to a small fire in the electrical. The other restrooms were shut down for maintenance. Apparently the restrooms were closed for a few days. The third set of restrooms were on the far end of the park they were very dirty and had very poor lighting. The next morning I went... Read More

The third set of restrooms were on the far end of the park they were very dirty and had very poor lighting. The next morning I went to the office to let them know that I was very disappointed. Especially since I let them know about my needs to be near the restrooms. I was being very calm and polite about the situation. The lady behind the counter started yelling at me at the top of her longs. She also yelled for a fellow worker a man. They both came around the counter. She continued yelling at me as she walked out of the building down the street yelling all the way. The man got very close to me and in a angry voice told me to suck it up the Pioneers did without. In a calm voice I let him know that I was not paying for the pioneering experience I was paying for a RV resort. The man got closer to me and in the angry voice told me what are you to handicap to walk to the restrooms. At that point I saw things were escalating. I went to my RV packed and left. There were some ADA laws broken that day. I was verbally attacked and it look like I was going to be physically attacked. This experience cost me two days of travel lots of gas gas is not cheap. I am glad my grandchildren were not on this trip with me. I do not recommend this RV park. The other reasons are when I walked by the pool it spelt like it was over chlorinated. My RV is not as tall as most RVs And I was having trouble driving through the park due to big low tree branches. If I could I would give them no stars but that's not an option. I do not recommend Lo Lo Mai RV park

First off it's a 20% grade going down into this park.....very rustic...the girl really had no idea on how to assign our fifth wheel to a site. We had to go with her to look at different sites. Lots of trees that hit the top of our camper. NO cable or antenna!! Very muddy. The restrooms were clean and nice. Sedona is not a RV friendly city.

We come here often, it is one of our favorite RV parks. Sites are in a rustic setting, lots of cottonwood trees, right on Oak Creek. Kids love it! It has a nice pool and heated spa, playground, basketball court, small store, and farm animals to enjoy. There is even a beautiful pond fed by Page Springs. The staff is friendly and very helpful, with one exception, which I will mention below. Several reasons I did not give five stars: It is very dusty in most areas, the mosquitoes are awful in the... Several reasons I did not give five stars: It is very dusty in most areas, the mosquitoes are awful in the warmer months due to the proximity to water, one of the two owners, an older lady, is prone to being quite nasty if you do anything she doesn't like. The other owner is a joy to deal with however. It is a membership resort so getting a reservation around holidays is iffy. Overall, a very nice place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Oak Creek!
