We were just passing through here and stayed for the night. The facility grounds are pretty barren, but everything worked well and the office had a good supply of things from food stuffs to laundry stuff to misc household and RV-specific things. The office personnel were friendly and accommodating. Don't think I would stay here for multiple days, but a decent and reasonably priced stop over for the night at about $33/night with GS discount. Good enough distance from interstate 40 that you don't... Read More

Good enough distance from interstate 40 that you don't hear much noise, if any. Pro tips: if you are in the area and passing through, do NOT gas up your rig on the CA side, wait until you are in AZ or NV because the gas prices are about 1/2 of CA prices. Be careful driving on Hwy 95 as cops love to set up speed traps along this road.

Good location for long term stays, however overnighters could be placed next to older permanent rigs that are run down and need some serious work.

We stayed at Moon River for several days while we explored the area. Great quiet location with clean facilities and easy access pull thru sites. New owners are doing lots of improvements. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Very helpful and customer oriented staff!

Was a very pleasant stay, with friendly and helpful office and grounds staff. Park was quiet and peaceful. One of the few resorts in the area with nice trees and shade. Wifi was adequate for computer and phone use. Did not rate restrooms because used personal coach. would recommend to friends and would stay again when in the area.

Our stay was from Nov.14-Jan14 May I first say that the park personnel were very nice to talk to and helpful in our 2 month stay. The good points- There were activities available for most, close to town but away from heavy traffic, pet friendly, pool, laundry, showers, clubhouse. Bad points, swimming pool was unusable most of stay, scalding in shower with toilet flushes, and no heat in bathrooms. no dog runs, free wifi is almost non existent. unless you get up at 4am. Maintenance people were rude.No set time for cleaning the bathrooms;thus impossible to guess when you can shower. Bathrooms are very clean when available. This is not a pet friendly facility; there is no designated pet area on site; just through the bushes on some undeveloped property. Internet barely works. Confusion when making reservations. Not sure how 3 10's are listed for this facility.
