We stayed 1 night while traveling through the area. The park is on the main multi lane city street (HWY 95 N or AZ-95) which runs through town creating a potential turning hazard. The office is located at the entrance of the park with designated registration parking. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are concrete. The P/T sites were just barely long enough... Read More

The office is located at the entrance of the park with designated registration parking. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are concrete. The P/T sites were just barely long enough to say connected so there were some vehicle encroachment on the roads due to the limited space/parking availablity. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. The sites have a slight slope so it requires some leveling. Some of the sites appear to be extended stay sites. Distance and gravel areas establish privacy between the sites. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. Sites had an outside table but no fire pits. Not much to interfere with satellite reception. The park information listed 99 channels on the cable lineup (most out of Phoenix) but nothing about OTA channels. The picture quality allowed for clear viewing. Didn’t try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided password protected WiFi was adequate Didn’t try the NET10 phone so don’t know about cell phone reception. There were a couple designated fenced pet areas around the park. Didn’t see any bag dispensers and collection stations for waste around the park. Don’t know about the waste collection options in the pet areas. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads. We would probably stay here again if traveling through the area but only for a short stay. TIP: Pizza Hut delivered to the park in a reasonable amount of time and cost. Office staff recommended Rusty’s, Peggy’s Sunrise, Sam’s Place, or the Red Onion for breakfast. Didn’t try any of them so can’t comment on the recommendations.

Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we have stayed in over 400 RV Parks. We stayed at Havasu Falls RV Resort two-nights during August, 2019. (1) Clean and well-maintained park with great amenities is what you will find here along with a friendly staff. (2) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. This park receives 5-stars for their great WIFI. (3) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick... Read More

(2) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. This park receives 5-stars for their great WIFI. (3) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. We give this park a 5-star rating in this category for having level cement pads. Each site has a narrow strip of gravel between and comes equipped with a metal picnic table. (4) Maneuverability, some parks have very narrow roads which make backing up and turning difficult. Not here, the roads are plenty wide. We had no trouble maneuvering thru this park while towing our car and pulling into our site was a breeze. (5) Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after short stays your unit needs a bath, not here, the dust on our coach was very minimal compared to many other parks. (6) Satellite, as you know satellite reception is very hard to receive when you have large trees. No obstructions here, you should have great reception. (7) Phone Service, we have AT&T which worked great here. (8) Dog play and potty, this park offers one dog walk area along the bottom fence of the park. Be warned, this walk area consists of uneven ground, is unpaved and definitely is not elderly or disabled friendly. Also, this area was okay to use during the daytime, but at night it's completely dark and unusable. There are two fenced areas (pens actually) located at the rear of the park, but both pens reeked so badly from urine I refused to take my dog inside either. The area around the clubhouse has signage warning not a doggy potty area. Which left the rear fence area as the only place I could walk my dog. I understand, some people are scum and don't pick-up after their pets. But at the same time RV parks need to be dog friendly for those of us who travel with our four-legged friends.

I had to cancel my reservation due to a cancer diagnosis and gave as much notice as I had which was 3 weeks. I expected a refund either full or partial but was informed that the policy was that the cancellation had to be 4 weeks in advance or no refund would be given. The website says to call for the cancellation policy and when I asked for a copy of it I was told that the policy was verbal so in other words they can make it whatever they want to avoid a refund. Sneaky but effective for them.... Read More

Summer stay, managers not on site in the late afternoon. Voicemail say pick a spot, and pay in the morning. We picked a spot (#63), plugged in our 50 amp plug, (no surge protection) and it blew out our two TV's, fuse for fridge, our microwave convection oven, and the power converter. Quite an expensive situation. I will now purchase a surge protector. Needless to say, we left the RV park immediately, and didn't use (and therefore can't rate) any of their facilities. In 14 yrs of motorhoming, this... Read More
